Anesthesiology Residency Program at UPMC Lititz

The Anesthesiology program at UPMC Lititz has a tradition of welcoming a diverse population of medical students, faculty and attending physicians. We are a community hospital based anesthesiology residency program with a unique emphasis on longitudinal learning, a culture conducive to resident wellness and an environment supportive of the cultivation of resident leadership.

The anesthesia team at UPMC Lititz consists of physicians, CRNA’s, and anesthesia technologists. Residents rotate at large tertiary care hospitals for experience and exposure to all sub-specialty fields of anesthesia. Fellowship opportunities are available after completion of the residency; however, our graduates have historically gravitated towards entering the practice of anesthesiology as generalists.

The nature of our program uniquely prepares our graduates to meet the increasing demand for anesthesiologists to serve as qualified physician leaders in small and medium size communities across the country.

I am a lifelong resident of Pennsylvania and I am committed to continuing the advancement and improvement of the quality of resident education and clinical experience. Dr. Manda Null serves as our Associate Program Director and serves as an advisor to the residents as they advance through the program.
