PHPA is a service of UPMC in Central Pa. and is supported by UPMC many resources. Our caring, qualified professionals use the latest therapies and treatment methods to help you. You will receive comprehensive psychological and psychiatric care at PHPA through our range of programs and specialties.

We offer individual cognitive-behavioral psychotherapy, supportive psychotherapy, and psychiatric services that include consultation, evaluation and medication management.

Office Hours/Appointments/Locations

For your convenience, PHPA offers day and evening appointments, Monday through Friday, at three locations: Brady Building, 205 South Front Street, 5th floor, Harrisburg, 1000 Bent Creek Blvd., Suite 10, Mechanicsburg, and 2647 Carnegie Road, York. Emergency services are available 24 hours a day. 

Limited hours are also available at our Camp Hill Office in the Family Care Center of Camp Hill: 4400 Carlisle Pike, Camp Hill, PA 17011.

PHPA strives to meet each individual's appointment needs. In return, we ask for a minimum of 24 hours’ notice in the event an appointment must be canceled or rescheduled.
