Study Purpose
Structural Heart Trials
COMMENCE - Principal Investigator- Mubashir Mumtaz, MD

The objective is to confirm that modifications to tissue processing, valve sterilization, and packaging of the FDA approved Carpentier Edwards PERIMOUNT Magna Ease Mitral or Magna Ease Mitral bioprosthesis do not raise any new questions of safety and effectiveness in subjects who require replacement of their native mitral or aortic valve. EP and Heart Rhythm
DEEP-  Principal Investigator- Mubashir Mumtaz, MD

The purpose is to evaluate how safe and effective a less invasive cardiac surgery is in treating patients with atrial fibrillation.
