Careers in healthcare can be very rewarding occupations. Few other professions allow you to provide direct care to people in need on a daily basis while helping to create healthier communities.
Healthcare is one of the fastest-growing employment sectors in the United States. According to the U.S. Department of Labor’s Bureau of Labor Statistics, the healthcare and social assistance sector is projected to add nearly five million jobs by 2022.
By earning a healthcare degree or certification, you will enter into a respected profession that provides many opportunities for growth. As part of our commitment to the future of healthcare, PinnacleHealth is committed to helping prospective students explore a range of healthcare careers.

Experience the Lab
For students interested in the laboratory field, we offer a new half-day program two times each year.
PinnacleHealth’s shadowing program allows college students age 18 or older who are planning a career in a specific healthcare field to observe the responsibilities and duties of hospital personnel, such as speech pathologists, medical technologists, physical therapists, occupational therapists, nurses and radiology technologists.
