Application Information

To be considered for the Osteopathic Surgical Residency Program, you must apply through ERAS. You will be contacted by phone or email to schedule your interview, which will occur during your senior year between September and November.

We encourage all prospective osteopathic surgery residents to consider a clerkship on our Community Campus. The clerkship program allows our staff to get to know you and learn about your strengths, weaknesses, motivations and suitability for residency.

Our program also participates in the Linked Intern/Residency Program. If you are an outside applicant, you can apply by submitting your application to PinnacleHealth’s Department of Medical Education.
