Ambulatory Scheduling Rep (Centralized Contact Center)

Echotechnologist

Job Summary: Performs a wide variety of diagnostic cardiovascular ultrasound studies as a diagnostic aide to the medical staff. The studies are performed both within the Department and also on a portable basis. The studies are not only provided within departmental hours, but also may be done upon physician request on an on-call basis. Must have a workable knowledge of the equipment being used and to know its' practical application technique as applied to patients. Histotechnologist

Job Summary:  Uses independent judgment in applying scientific principles of manual and automated methods in the performance of medical laboratory procedures to be used by physicians in the diagnosis and treatment of diseases.  May work independently or in a varying size groups, rotating among sections of the laboratory or in permanently assigned sections providing 24 hour daily staffing under the supervision of a section supervisor or Medical Director of the clinical laboratory.

Patient Account Coding Specialist

Job Summary: Under the direction of the Director of Revenue Integrity, this position is responsible for reviewing clinical documentation and diagnostic results as appropriate to extract and apply applicable ICD-10, CPT and HCPCS codes.  Provides outpatient coding support to hospital patient accounts' billing, collections, and follow up areas as needed to increase entitled revenue for the organization.  Ensures coding practices are in compliance with Federal/State guidelines by utilizing various types of authoritative information.

Job Requirements: Associate's degree or equivalent of 2 years job related experience. AAPC or AHIMA coding certification. Applied knowledge of medical terminology, disease processes and anatomy/physiology.   Experience in HCPCS Level II Coding for surgical implants and devices. Proficiency with pharmacology indications for drug usage and related adverse reactions. Expertise in determining medical necessity of services provided and charged based on provider/clinical documentation.

Preferred Qualifications: Strong analytical and problem identification skills. Basic knowledge of EPIC hospital billing functionality. Competence with usage and structure of hospital CDM. Pre-Hospital Registered Nurse

Job Summary: To provide quality critical care to seriously ill and /or injured patients, and work cooperatively with the transport team, paramedics, physicians, other nurses, hospital and pre-hospital personnel. The PHRN will function under the direction of Community LifeTeam's Medical Director, established Pennsylvania ALS protocols, and policies of Community LifeTeam EMS.

Job Requirements: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing and be licensed as a Registered Nurse by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. PHRN, Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Provider and PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) certification are required and must possess a valid driver's license. The incumbent must demonstrate knowledge of the field application of emergency medicine. The incumbent must also meet the requirements for medical command and be granted medical command within 90 days of being hired, and they must maintain medical command privileges. ITLS (International Trauma Life Support) or PHTLS (Pre Hospital Trauma Life Support, are required within six (6) months of hire. The incumbent must successfully complete and Emergency Vehicle Driver's Training Course (EVDT) as approved by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania immediately upon hire.

Job Summary:  The Speech/Language Pathologist is responsible for providing diagnostic and therapeutic speech, language and swallowing services in the PinnacleHealth Hospitals and Outpatient Center.

Job Requirements: Education- Masters Degree in Speech/Language Pathology and eligibility for Pennsylvania State licensure.  Experience- In an acute care or rehab hospital setting.  Valid driver's license and the use of an automobile in good working condition (only applicable to staff in Infant Development Program).  BLS required.

Job Summary: A diagnostic medical sonographer is a highly-skilled professional who uses specialized equipment to create images (sonograms) of structures inside the human body. Physicians interpret the images to make a medical diagnosis.
