Often patients and their families ask if there is anything they can do to thank their caregivers. It may be the knowledge and expertise of your physician, the care provided by your nurse, the outstanding work of a department, the visit from a volunteer, or the gift of restored health. The PinnacleHealth Foundation encourages patients and family members to acknowledge their caregivers through the Grateful Patient Program.
The staff that you recognize will receive a card from the Foundation staff alerting them to your acknowledgement of their extraordinary work. If you would like to acknowledge a member of our staff, please click here for the acknowledgement form. Gifts received through the Grateful Patient Program become instruments of healing for others and can be used in any number of ways at your request. You can designate a gift of any size to a specific area, or allow us to direct the funds where they are needed most. The effects of your kindness are profound and far-reaching.
