What is a Case ID and how do I get one?
The Case ID is a unique number used to identify the patient throughout his or her surgery or procedure, and will provide updates to the family as surgery progresses.
The Case ID is provided in an instructional pamphlet to the person who brought the patient for surgery.
To receive the Case ID, please contact the family member or person who brought the patient for surgery.
