When you are discharged, you will be given written instructions that are specific for your procedure. If you need assistance planning your care after discharge, please call our Social Work and Discharge Planning Department at (717) 782-5574 between 8 a.m.–4:30 p.m. If you experience ANY surgery-related problems after your discharge, contact your physician immediately for advice.
Patient Portal and Website
You can access portions of your hospital medical record securely online. Through our Patient Portal, you can also access Hospital discharge information and Post-visit summary reports.
As a service to our patients PinnacleHealth can create an account for you. If this is the case you will receive a validation code and welcome email within 14 days. You may also ask for a PinnacleHealth Patient Portal account during your hospital registration.
