How to Voice a Concern

An individual desiring to voice a concern may contact the Department Manager or the Patient Representative. Concerns that are unresolved to the individual's satisfaction by the Department Manager and/or the Patient Representative may be brought to the attention of the Clinical Compliance Manager.If this outcome is not satisfactory, an appeal can be requested through the Clinical Compliance Manager to be reviewed by the Grievance Committee.
