What's new? We are excited to provide a new and improved facility for our Middletown FamilyCare patients. This facility replaces the existing FamilyCare site in Middletown and has ancillary services, including Imaging (X-ray and Mammography), Physical Therapy, and Lab. This expansion adds convenience, as well as additional providers for the community. Physical Therapy services will be available February 2012.
