PinnacleHealth offers one of the largest and most active volunteer programs in Central Pennsylvania. Our more than 700 volunteers are committed to helping others.
If you would like to join our volunteer team, you first must:

Complete a volunteer application

Participate in an interview where we will discuss volunteer opportunities that may interest you

Commit to at least 50 hours of your time each year

Undergo a criminal background check (for those age 18 and over)

Be tested for tuberculosis (TB) using the two-step testing process

Have a Physician Form signed by a physician or primary care provider

Two references

Attend an orientation session

Obtain parental consent (for those under age 18)

Obtain child abuse clearance (applicable if working in specific departments in or around children)
