Dr. and Mrs. Larry Sollenberger and the PinnacleHealth Auxiliary presented our signature spring gala, Club PHantastic 2014:  Une Soiree de Jazz dans le Jardin!  on Saturday, May 3, 2014 at the West Shore Country Club. Anita Rash, Auxiliary President, presented MIchael Young, PinnacleHealth CEO with a check for $150,000 during the event. The proceeds from this event will benefit the Tranquility Garden at the new Ortenzio Cancer Center located on the PinnacleHealth’s West Shore Campus. Gardens have long been associated with nature’s healing abilities and the Tranquility Garden will continue the PinnacleHealth Auxiliary’s 125 years of commitment to patient and family centered care in Central Pennsylvania. Your support will allow us the opportunity to grow not only plants, but offer a natural healing sanctuary for those coping with the challenge of cancer treatment. By 2017, it's projected that PinnacleHealth will treat 27,000 cancer patients each year.

Annual Holiday Tribute

Since 1999, the PinnacleHealth Auxiliary has sponsored the Annual Holiday Tribute. A donation made expresses love and gratitude for a loved one, family member or special friend. Together, your support will illuminate the spirit of caring and the promise of well-being in our community.

Since it's inception, this program has given back over $44,000 to the following PinnacleHealth programs:
Bailey House located near Harrisburg Campus
     Community Campus Rehabilitation Program
     Children's Resource Center
     PinnacleHealth Imaging Center

The Auxiliary would like to thank the local business who have supported this event by decorating the trees located at Polyclinic Campus, Community General Osteopathic Hospital, Fredricksen Outpatient Center and Harrisburg Hospital.

For 2013, all contributions will benefit Bailey House, a free service of the Auxiliary, which provides convenient over-night accommodations for adult family members of patients who live outside the immediate Harrisburg area.

Acknowledgments will be sent to the donors, as well as the honoree or their families.
