utcomes firm Studer Group®. The hospital received the award at last week’s 11th annual What’s Right in Health Care® conference—based on their achievement in reducing turnover.
Studer Group® gives its Excellence in Patient Care awards to select partners based on various categories. PinnacleHealth System was selected based on the amount of significant rate of change and/or substantial achievement in low turnover within their organization over recent fiscal years. PinnacleHealth’s results for turnover are ranked among the lowest from a database of over 850 organizations coached by Studer Group.
