Welcome to PinnacleHealth’s on-line Vendor Certification Program. Completion of this program is required in order for your company to do business with PinnacleHealth System.
Why do I need to get certified?
All vendor representatives calling on the system to provide goods or services to PinnacleHealth System must be certified. The certification is a means to improve communication between suppliers and PinnacleHealth System, increase supplier understanding of compliance with Pinnacle's policies and procedures and to facilitate smooth, efficient business transactions. PinnacleHealth System will not conduct business with firms that fail to meet minimum certification standards. All representatives must complete certification requirements prior to meeting with staff in departments other than Materials Management.
What do I need to do?
To provide vendors with the information needed to properly conduct business with the system. Vendors who wish to do business with PinnacleHealth System must review the following power point presentation along with review of the different policy documents. Upon review of these documents the vendor must fill out the information form along with a brief quiz. At the end of the presentation, please click on the links below to complete the short quiz and Vendor Representative Data Form, the Quiz and follow instructions in to obtain your photo I.D. badge.
