Great question! I'm glad you are a thinking mom. To answer your question, children age 6 or older need at least one hour of exercise every day. Along with this, it is highly recommended that children take part in muscle-strengething activites. Fun activities such as jumping and crawling around on playground equipment or jumping rope is a great way to strengthen children's muscles.
