Hi! I was wondering what the best measure for cold prevention is? I've been told in the past it's lots of vitamin intake.

While vitamins are sometimes helpful, always talk to your primary care physician before beginning to take them regularly. The best prevention for cold is WASHING YOUR HANDS. I can't say it enough. Wash your hands, wash your hands! It's the single most effective way of spreading germs. So go. Wash your hands.
