I have pulmonary embolisms i have alot of trouble breathing do you think i'm gonna have a c-section because i would think it would be hard for me too push when i already have problems breathing?

Thank you for your question. Whether to have a c-section or vaginal delivery is always a matter of risks and benefits.   Here is a quick example of what you and your doctor will need to consider. --While you may have difficulty during pushing, the risk of blood clots and anticoagulation are increased after a c-section.  --- Many factors will weigh into the decision making process.  Do not hesitate to ask the questions so you can be involved in the plan that is best for you and the baby.
