RE:Exercise during pregnancy

I did prenatal pilates and yoga dvd's. One of my girlfriends at the gym told me that it helps strengthen your core, back and pelvic floor muscles which makes it easier to carry a baby and I swear it helped me have a smoother delivery! Also, of course my husband said it made a huge difference in my raging hormones, LOL! To this day I still do pilates because it's so relaxing and really tones all of the trouble areas we have post-pregnancy.
