Leg cramps happen most people at some point in their life. Here's the major tips to help prevent those pesky, painful leg cramps: stretch daily(especially before bed), drink plenty of fluids, eat foods rich in calcium, potassium and magnesium, try to get out and exercise a few times a week, and make sure to take your vitamins!! You would be amazed if you knew how a lack of different vitamins or minerasl can affect your body.
