Frank is the Emergency Management Coordinator in Pinnacle Health Emergency Services and has worked for PHS since the 1980s. He coordinates the Medical Command Facility at Harrisburg and Community General Hospitals, collaborating regularly with local county and state governments on a number of emergency management activities. He is a certified paramedic and continues to volunteer his time on the South Central Task Force and the South Central Emergency Health Services Federation.
