This presentation is great fun for a small to medium size groups. A brief preference test is administered and then the results are discussed in open forum style. (Note: More sophisticated tests like Myers-Briggs (MBTI) are wonderful for self awareness but this tool provides in a more simplistic way how to focus on our strengths minimize our weaknesses as we work and live and together.)
