Resources, Education and Comprehensive Care for HIV (REACCH) Clinic

Reach us through REACCH. PinnacleHealth offers free and confidential HIV testing as well as primary care and HIV treatment for men, women and adolescents.

PinnacleHealth's Resources, Education and Comprehensive Care for HIV (REACCH) Program provides primary medical care and HIV management. This comprehensive care program, coordinated by a registered nurse, also offers free HIV testing.

Medical Services Include:

  • Free HIV testing
  • HIV treatment
  • Help with treatment adherence
  • Primary medical care
  • Education about HIV disease and transmission
Medical care is managed by an infectious disease physician and a nurse practitioner.

Case Management Services Include:

  • Support services for patients and their families
  • Nutritional counseling
  • Social services
  • Financial counseling
  • Help finding community resources
  • Treatment adherence support

Easy and Convenient Access

  • All services are provided in one location at the Polyclinic location. The program is located right next to a bus stop and assistance with transportation is available.Click here for directions.
  • The program is open 5 days a week from 8-2pm.  Evening appointments are available.
  • We accept almost all insurance including Medicare and Medicaid.  Funding is available for patients with financial need.
  • Hours of the clinic are 8 a.m.-4p.m.

The PinnacleHealth REACCH Program offers free, confidential HIV testing.
