Eat Smart, Play Smart

PinnacleHealth Eat Smart, Play Smart, a weight management program for overweight children and their parents, will host classes on the East and West Shores beginning in April. Eat Smart, Play Smart (formerly known as KidShape) meets once a week over eight weeks and is a fun-filled program that helps children age 6-14 learn to choose healthy foods, enjoy an active lifestyle, and feel good about themselves.
