Community Health Needs Assessment

The Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA) for five South Central Pennsylvania Counties that began fall of 2011 is complete. The CHNA included community interviews, surveys, focus groups, primary and secondary data analysis, and other methodologies. Overall, the findings show that there is a need for additional information and services that promote healthy lifestyles and make health education and healthcare easier to access.
