Occupational Therapy Evaluation process includes:

• Review of home environment
• Discuss current self-care abilities and life responsibilities
• Identify vocational pursuits and essential job functions in relation to mobility and seating needs
• Assessment of upper extremity/lower extremity range of motion and strength
• Hand function
• Head control
• Visual/perceptual skills
• Cognition
• Avocational interest
