Our facilities have the most advanced imaging technology, including two  R2 ImageChecker® computer aided detection (CAD) systems, which provide a "second pair of eyes" for radiologists. Studies show that up to 23 percent of cancers that currently are found in screening mammograms could be detected earlier using the ImageChecker®. Patients' chances of survival dramatically increase if cancer is detected early.

In addition to advanced mammography equipment, PinnacleHealth houses the most advanced diagnostic equipment including stereotactic breast biopsy and ultrasound guided breast biopsy equipment.
