Osteoporosis Clinic
PinnacleHealth's Osteoporosis Clinic is designed to treat osteoporosis through comprehensive clinical care, medication administration and education.

If you have osteoporosis, you are far from alone. Some 10 million Americans have osteoporosis, and 34 million more have low bone mass.

The release of new medication options, changing recommendations for current therapies and confusion about the availability of patient resources can make caring for your osteoporosis very challenging. Fortunately, PinnacleHealth Endocrinology Associates has the latest diagnosis and treatment options to help you.

“Our patients are typically those who are beyond the domain of a family doctor – patients who have been on medication, but there’s no change in bone densities, or they are wondering if they should change medicines,” says Dr. Renu Joshi, PinnacleHealth endocrinologist and clinic director.

PinnacleHealth’s Osteoporosis Clinic opened in January 2011 in response to a need for a clinic dedicated solely to diagnosis and treatment of osteoporosis. At our clinic, you can rest assured that your condition will be treated with comprehensive clinical care, medication administration and education.
